As local residents living and working in Tewkesbury and using the A46 and M5 junction 9 and adjacent roads on a regular basis, your experience of the traffic conditions is invaluable. Responsibility to maintain and improve the A46 and M5 junction lies with Highways England. The purpose of this survey is to put forward your views for alleviating traffic congestion in the area so that Highways England can evaluate them as they consider possible solutions.
